If your server requires as OS reload, please Open a Ticket with the subject "Reload Request" via the system.
There is a one time $50.00 fee for each re-load that will be billed to your account.
Please note that unless explicitly instructed otherwise ALL data will
be destroyed on the host during the OS reload. We can mount back-up
drives for clients when instructed to but require prior detailed
instructions requesting us to. We do not provide any backups of the
data before the reload so please make offsite backups before requesting
the reload.
